Refund Policy

Uprêvma Health proudly stands behind our formulas and believes our obsession with quality makes for better supplements; it’s why we devote time and resources to rigorously test and approve our products. We think you'll love them too, but if after trying them you don’t, let us know so that we can help make it right. Orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt by the customer for a refund or store credit, and we're happy to help you find a better formula for your needs. All refunds issued will be for the product purchase price, exclusive of taxes and shipping fees.

Returns will be subject to a $5.00 return fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We do not accept returns for an order with more than two bottles. For returns of three or more bottles, we offer store credit. We do not refund shipping nor taxes should you choose to return. If your return is accepted and a refund is approved, all refunds are applied to the original method of payment. Please note that returns may take up to 5 business days to process. Once processed, refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

We reserve the right to refuse any return. We do not accept returns on cases of product. This policy is only applicable for products purchased directly from If you purchased from a different retailer, please refer to their return/refund policy. Limit one refund per name, household, or address. Use of multiple addresses or P.O. boxes to obtain additional refunds may constitute fraud and may result in legal recourse against you. Multiple submissions for a refund will not be acknowledged or returned.

To request a refund and return an item, contact Customer Service at support@Uprevma.Health to obtain an RMA number before sending back any products. Any products returned without an RMA number will not be refunded. To assist you, we will need your name, order number and the item number of the product you would like to return. We will not honor incomplete submissions. Please note the following: The customer is required to pay for shipping the products back to the warehouse. Do not discard the product(s) before contacting us, returns must be in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee that a returned item will be received. Depending on where the item is being shipped to/from, shipping times may vary.
